Thank you for shopping at Watts New LTD!

We offer a Store Credit Note and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a credit note and/or exchange of any kind. Please note that Unauthorised Returns will NOT be accepted.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

All returns MUST satisfy the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and not subject to customer abuse, improper handling, power surge, acts of God or any other condition over which we have no control.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and returned with original packaging including manuals and accessories intact.
  • To complete your return in-store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Original Purchase Receipt MUST be presented.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.
  • Items must be returned within SEVEN (7) days of original purchase date.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All sales are final. Merchandise returned will attract a 15% restocking fee and will only be accepted if the conditions for return are met. Non-qualified returns are not included in Watts New’s Return policy and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% at Watts New’s sole discretion. The customer may either accept a Credit Note or other merchandise for the difference. MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Exempt Goods

Please ensure that you verify all specifications before purchasing as the following are exempt from returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened Video Games, CD’s, Software, DVD’s
  • Ink/Toner cartridges
  • Used Electronic Items including Speakers
  • PC memory or Hard Drives, Storage Media
  • Some health and personal care items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and our technical department will make contact within 3-5 Business Days with an update.


Watts New Ltd. will be happy to repair or replace returned items deemed to have manufacturing defects (as long as conditions for returns above are met) and reserves the right to determine whether the item is repaired or replaced. Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. Items have to be inspected and checked thoroughly when returned and as such return processing may take up to 5 business days. A refund will only be given when the defective item cannot be repaired or replaced within 5 days.


Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE except in the event that Watts New is unable to supply the item deposited on, when the final payment is made. Full payment must be made on all items WITHIN 90 days of the first deposit and price changes within this period will not affect contracted price. Deposits may be transferred from one item to another within thirty days after which a 15% (cost of the item) penalty applies. Transfers after 90 Days attract a 30% penalty. After six (6) months deposits become void/non-refundable/non-transferable. AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT(S) MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO COLLECT THE ITEM DEPOSITED ON.

Return Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: Watts New Limited, 160 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a credit note/exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original order amount.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please note, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
