DEPOSIT, RETURN, REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY
Have a problem with an item purchased? We would be happy to assist!
All returns MUST satisfy the following conditions and take place at one of branches:
- The original receipt and and item purchased must be present.
- Item must returned within SEVEN (7) days of original purchase date.
- Item returned must not subject to customer abuse, improper handling, power surge,acts of God or any other condition over which we have no control.
- Item is in new condition and returned with original packaging including manuals and accessories in tact
Non-qualified returns are not included in Watts New’s Return policy and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% at Watts New’s sole discretion. The customer may either accept a Credit Note or other merchandise for the difference. MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Watts New Ltd. will be happy to repair or replace returned items deemed to have manufacturing defects (as long as conditions for returns above are met) and reserves the right to determine whether the item is repaired or replaced.
Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. Items have to be inspected and checked thoroughly when returned and as such return processing may take up to 5 business days. A refund will only be given when the defective item cannot be repaired or replaced within 5 days.
Defective items (once checked) & satisfying the above conditions and under the warranty period will be exchanged or a credit note will be issued.
